is ready, so thought I'd grab a second to say that really not much is new! LOL! Leah left yesterday to vacation in Jekyll Island with my parents for a week, and has already called home 3 times! I miss her too darn it! Camryn keeps asking when big sis is coming home, she's so lonely and bored without her. Joe and I are thinking of surprising Leah when she gets back by having totally remodeled her room while she's away! Her walls need painting (we stripped the wallpaper off a few months ago that had been on there since she was born!!), and we considered getting this cool bunkbed/desk/shelf/storage drawer combo unit that we looked at the other weekend....problem is, it will take up most of her room! LOL! She wants a
butterfly theme, so not sure what to do there...sponge on some? use "Wallies"? use 3-demential ones?
I have been a
busybee, trying to personalize nearly 200 member logos for my adoption garden, and just trying to stay afloat amid my many
emails! How in the world did I get so far behind?!? I've been gifted with several cute sigtags and thank you cards(mostly adopt shop members), and have also been on a bit of a buying spree, which is gonna bite me in the butt, I just know it! Plus, 2 honors bestowed upon me...

Not that anyone wants to hear this, but
I'm suffering a rip-roaring UTI, and I can't stand it!! I can only recall having one once or twice in the past, looooong ago. *sigh* But it can't be anything compared to my poor
, who had double knee replacement surgery Tuesday!!! He's ok, but not progressing as well as they'd hoped, and still has several weeks of intense physical therapy ahead! Prayers would be appreciated =)

I don't feel like blogging now, but I wanted to ask for prayers from any of you who pray....after many months of looking, we found the perfect house and made an offer, and we were soooo excited that this time, it would actually happen.
We just got a call from our realtor, he said the listing agent received another offer the same time as ours, and though neither offer was acceptable, the company decided to counter-offer the other party instead of us, since our contract was contingent on our current home selling, and the other party's was not contingent(they had no house to get rid of first).
I am completely heart-broken, even though my sister tells me not to give up hope yet, that the deal could still fall through with the other people, and we may still have a shot. The whole problem is that everytime we've ever made an offer, it was always contingent on our home selling--I mean, can anyone really afford 2 house payments?!? Yet, if we go ahead & put our home on the market, what the heck are we supposed to do if it sells before we find a house that we want? I don't want to have to move somewhere else and just "settle" for something, kwim? Guess we're just doomed to stay here forever....sorry to be whining yet again, but I'm just so desolate.
